For more than 100 years, Hesse Lignal has been a specialist for intelligent and sustainable coating solutions for trade and industry. With production facilities on site in Hamm and four other internationally oriented locations, Hesse Lignal develops and produces sustainable lacquers and stains for innovative interior surfaces. Hesse Lignal is pursuing the goal of positioning Procurement as a strategic driver within the company. However, in order to be able to manage supplier development in a targeted manner, a uniform data basis was previously lacking. Information on the performance, risks or potential of individual suppliers was only available on a decentralized basis - a systematic evaluation and alignment with the company's goals was hardly possible.
