DIETZ specializes in precision turned parts made of stainless steel and special materials. Here, the focus is on micro-precision turned parts with accuracies or tolerances below 5 µ (microns), i.e. very tight tolerances. We manufacture in the diameter range from 0.1mm to 8.0mm and master numerous technologies for further processing of our turned parts. These include precision sawing, wire erosion, hardening, grinding, knurling, thread rolling, vibratory grinding, polishing, and assembly of subassemblies. In principle, we process all materials, but our focus is on materials that are difficult to machine, such as stainless steel, titanium and nickel.We supply customers worldwide in the automotive, medical technology, building services and electronics industries.
